Nursing Opportunities
PRN RN – Summit County
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their
homes on an as needed basis. Must be an Ohio licensed RN with previous home care
experience.
Variable days and hours.
RN Case Manager – Full Time Summit County or Stark County – Monday through Friday/8:00
a.m. – 4:30 p.m. One Weekend a Month and One Holiday per Year!
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
Must be an Ohio licensed RN with previous home care experience.
Triage RN – Hospice Home Care – Part Time/Every Weekend/8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Responsible for triaging calls on the weekend for Hospice and Supportive
Care patients. Must be an Ohio licensed RN with previous Hospice experience preferred.

State Tested Nursing Assistants/Experienced Home Health Aides – Private Duty
Will provide personal care to patients in their homes. Must be a current
STNA in good standing and have current work experience as a STNA or be a certified/experienced
home health and pass our VNS Skills Testing. Must have a valid driver’s license,
car insurance, and less than six (6) points on driver’s license and pass the Ohio
State/FBI criminal background check.
Home Health Aides – Portage County/Full Time/ Monday – Friday/8:00 a.m. – 4:30
p.m.
Responsible for providing home health assistance to patients in their homes.
Must be a STNA or have current experience as a Home Health Aide and show proof of
completion of a HHA training program. Must pass our VNS Skills testing. Must have

Home Health Aides – Stark County/PRN
