RN Case Manager – Full Time Summit County responsible for making home visits to patients. Must be a registered nurse with one year recent med-surg nursing experience. Previous IV experience required.
PRN RNs responsible for making home visits to patients. Must be a registered nurse with one year recent med-surg nursing experience. Home Care and previous IV experience required. PRN RN openings available at our new Stow office, Medina, Portage or Summit Counties.
On Call RN – Full Time/Work one week on and one week off! Portage County Responsible for making assigned visits after regular office hours. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Currently registered in the State of Ohio. One (1) year experience in medical-surgical nursing required. Home care experience highly desirable. Shift is Monday through Sunday/4:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Full time benefits available.
PRN RN – Hospice Care Center – Night or Day Shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m or 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). responsible for implementing and directing the total care of assigned patients in the Care Center. Must be an Ohio licensed RN with one year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing with recent IV and infusion device experience.
Supervisor, Hospice Care Center (Night Shift) 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Responsible for the overall coordination of Hospice Care Center patients and staff. Must be a RN licensed in the State of Ohio, BSN preferred. Two years of medical, oncology or hospice nursing experience. One year of supervisory/management experience in healthcare required.
Care Center RN – Hospice Care Center (Nights) 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) Responsible for the total care of assigned patients in the Hospice Care Center. Must be an Ohio licensed RN with one year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing with recent IV and infusion device experience.
