With its combined auditory and visual stimulation, this series of DVDs and accompanying booklets provides an excellent practice format for patients with neuromuscular disorders. Patients with apraxia or dysarthric type involvement find this series of exercises and word/phrase drills of increasing complexity very beneficial. Both patients and their families will appreciate the availability of this resource to be used at home. The DVDs were designed to help improve the mobility, strength, and coordination of the patient’s speech musculature. Although the production section is lengthy, it is organized to provide many "mini" sessions. These DVDs promote independent practice between sessions and are an excellent resource for a carryover program upon a patient’s discharge from therapy.

Booklets are available for individual purchase.

Speech production practice focuses on 350 phrases and short sentences including automatic and common expressions, idiomatic expressions and pyramiding phrases. Functional conversation practice includes telephone, doctor, restaurant and shopping situations.
