Circle of Life (Donations)
Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service is privileged to serve residents of our community
by providing patients and families at end of life with dignity and comfort. It is
with deep gratitude that Hospice of VNS thanks those who stand with us in this commitment.
In order to acknowledge individuals, foundations, organizations, and corporations
making major gifts, Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice Development Foundation established
the Circle of Life recognition and crystal wall display. We are honored to acknowledge
those who contribute at the following levels of support:
Circle of Compassion $1,000 to $9,999
Circle of Care $10,000 to $24,999
Circle of Charity $25,000 to $49,999
Circle of Comfort $50,000 to $99,999
Circle of Courage $100,000 to $249,999
Circle of Commitment $250,000 to $499,999
Circle of Life $500,000 and above
Recognition of all donors including individuals, businesses, organizations and foundations
will be made on the crystal donor wall located on the special convex wall of the
Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service Justin T. Rogers Care Center. Contributions at
the Circle of Compassion level will offer the donor name placement on the crystal
wall for one year while the other levels of giving will accord permanent placement.
Cumulative gifts over time will raise the giving level recognized for each donor.
