VNS Personal Care Services makes it easy to access the services you need. Simply ask your physician or call us direct. PCS provides an in-home assessment by a skilled
RN. During the assessment, we will fully explain the care services available and
answer any questions you may have.
Matters covered in the assessment include:
- Matching appropriate caregiver
- Home cleaning and safety
- Daily routines
- Transportation needs
- Emergency response
- Service fees
- Health and medical issues
- Answering any questions
- Nutritional issues
