Infusion (IV) Pharmacy Service (VNS)

Advanced Infusion Services is a Home Infusion (IV) Pharmacy that prepares your injectable medications in a sterile environment under the direction of our Registered Pharmacists. Medications and supplies are delivered to your home by our trained delivery technicians. Patients are able to receive state-of-the-art medications while in the comfort of their home or even at work.

Advanced Infusion Services has a pharmacist and delivery technician on call 24 hours per day to assist you and provide for your therapy needs.  We work with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to provide therapy to meet your specific needs. As a service to our patients, Advanced Infusion Services' experienced staff provides billing to your insurance company.

The Visiting Nurse Service Infusion team can handle almost any special type of IV's. Among some of the infusions managed by our nurses are:

• Central Venous Catheter Care and Teaching

• Nutrition Therapy
• Corticosteroid Therapy
• Hydration Therapy
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Therapy
• Pain management, including intraspinal as well as intravenous (IV) methods
